This area of the TELUS Health Engage Backoffice allows you to invite employees to the TELUS Health Engage app and manage the access of current and former team members.

Invite team members
All functions and services for inviting your employees to the TELUS Health Engage app can be accessed via the “Invite your team members” button. You now have two options:
1. Invitation via link to your landing page
Copy the link on the right-hand side of the window and share it with your employees via your desired channels with your employees.

From this we also generate the QR code from this link, which is also displayed on your marketing materials.

After clicking on the link or scanning the QR code, your employees can now enter their name and email address and request their TELUS Health Engage App ID.
2. Invitation by list:
If you only want to invite a very specific group of people to the TELUS Health Engage app, you can upload a list in Excel or CSV format on the right-hand side of the window. This list must contain the first and last names as well as the e-mail address of the future app users.
An automatic e-mail containing the TELUS Health Engage ID will be sent to all employees.
Tip:
If you want to ensure that only people from your company request an ID, activate the “I only want to allow registration from selected email domains (i.e. company email address)” checkbox. You can now create as many domains from your organization as you like.
Once the rollout to your employees has been completed, the “Overview of all TELUS Health Engage IDs” area will be exciting for you.
Here you now have the option of managing the licenses available to you:
• All IDs:
The list shows all licenses requested so far - including canceled or unconfirmed ones.
• Confirmed IDs:
This view shows you all licenses with active access to the TELUS Health Engage app.
• Pending invitations:
IDs that have been requested but not yet activated are displayed in this list. To complete the activation, click on the link in the email after requesting the ID and complete the registration in the app.
• Blocked IDs:
Here you will find all deactivated licenses. To block an ID (e.g. if an employee leaves the company), search for the relevant person in the “Confirmed IDs” list and click on the button with the lock on the right-hand side.
You can use the “Export view” button to export the selected view as an Excel or CSV file. The button with the two ticks allows you to select all IDs of the current view.
You can also switch between a grid or list view on the right-hand side.
