You can manage all important information about your contract and company in the “My account” section.


My account

“My account” gives you a quick overview of the main contact person in your company and your contract details. If you want to change the email address and password of the main contact person, you can do so using the small blue pencil.


Company logo for communication

The TELUS Health Engage Backoffice offers you the option of personalizing your communication regarding the TELUS Health Engage app. To do this, you can upload an image or your logo for your landing page and the push messages you send in the “Company logo for communication” section. This gives the registration process a company touch and makes it clear to your employees that push notifications are an internal company message. Also enter the company name to be displayed and the number of your employees here.


Tip:
Is your image too big? With the tinyPNG tool, you can easily scale it without any loss of quality. Simply visit the tinyPNG website (https://tinypng.com/), upload your image, compress it and then download the compressed version again.



Company logo for the banner in the app

If you would also like to place your company logo in the TELUS Health Engage app itself, you can do so with a banner on the app's start page. To do this, upload your logo in this area, enter the title and subtitle and enter an external URL to which your banner should link.


Please note:
Please only 
upload files in JPEG format with a maximum weight of 500kB.


Tip:
Are you looking for a suitable external URL for the banner? Then link to the contact details of the TELUS Health Engage contact persons in your organization, for example. You can compile this in an article or on an external page.


Contractual documents

You can find a quick overview of your contract documents in the “Contractual documents” section. By clicking on the button on the right-hand side, you can easily download the relevant document.


My delivery addresses

As a rule, we do not need a delivery address from you. You therefore do not need to fill in this section.


Settings for reporting

Here you have the option to add departments and/or locations. This is especially helpful if you want to receive aggregated reports by department or location in your organization. Please note: To ensure that the aggregated reports on your team members remain anonymous, there should be at least 5 people in each department or location. Therefore, we recommend adding either departments or locations for your organization instead of both.


Note: You can make events, news, push notifications and teasers accessible to specific locations or departments.


It is advisable to do this before the rollout to your employees so that they can already assign themselves to the appropriate locations or departments when registering.
