The TELUS Health Engage Backoffice offers you a central platform for the efficient management of all employee wellbeing initiatives in your company.
The following functions and services are available:
Dashboard: Here you will find an overview of all relevant events, dates and functions as well as some quick links to other functions. You can find out more here.
Reporting: The reporting section contains robust reporting tools that give you valuable insights into the usage behavior and needs of your employees. You can find more information on reporting here. These reports are automatically generated and added upon the completion of each quarter. All the generated reports can be found in this section.
Resources: In this section, you can download marketing materials to support the rollout of the app to your employees.
Please note that these materials are available in all the system languages, simply open a file and scroll to select the languages you need.
You’ll also find in this section the QR code that directs users to the app’s registration landing page. You can include this QR code in your materials or in your campaigns.
Communication: With the TELUS Health Engage Backoffice, you can easily organize internal communication for events, surveys and news via push messages and in-app messages.
You can also configure company challenges for your employees in this section.
Events Calendar: The event calendar offers you numerous opportunities to give your employees access to existing OHM / WHP initiatives or to provide an overview of company events.
The best is to create the first events in your calendar.
Settings & User Management: In this section, you'll find all the options to manage the different views of the platform you're using. You can also invite new members and manage the invitations sent to employees for creating their accounts.
