App teaser

With the help of app teasers, you can place news from your company very prominently on the home page of the TELUS Health Engage app. This will also attract the attention of your employees.

To create such a teaser, click on “App teaser” in the “Communication” section:

• Click on the “Add teaser” button here.
• Enter a start and end date for your teaser.
• On the right-hand side, you can now specify which destination your teaser should link to.
• If you only want to display your app teaser in certain departments or locations, you can also select this on the right-hand side.
• Under “Content” you can now enter a title and a description.
• Now upload an image for your teaser. The teaser has the dimensions 818x520px. You can also crop your image after uploading if necessary.
• Now you can save the teaser.


Note:

The order of the teasers is always based on the date of creation. The most recently created teaser is therefore always at the top of the carousel in the TELUS Health Engage app. In addition to your company-specific teasers, global teasers for challenges or missions are always displayed here for all TELUS Health Engage app users.


Tips:

You don't want your app teaser to go live immediately? Then activate the “Draft” button to continue editing later.


The perfect teaser image

Is your image too big? With the tinyPNG tool, you can easily scale it without any loss of quality. Simply visit the tinyPNG website (https://tinypng.com/), upload your image, compress it and then download the compressed version again.



Teasers are also a great place in the TELUS Health Engage app for special greetings to your employees - for example for seasonal holidays. Here are a few examples and image templates that you can use for your communication:
