You can use the TELUS Health Engage Backoffice to inform your employees about upcoming health promotion measures, interact with them or collect feedback.

You can find all the tools and functions available to you under the “Content & engagement” menu item. Depending on which TELUS Health Engage package you have chosen for your company, different communication tools are available to you.


News & Push Messages

With the help of in-app and push messages, you can share important news with your employees and draw their attention to an event or challenge, thereby increasing participation. 

Articles

If you want to provide information to your employees on a permanent basis, you can create articles. Articles allow you to publish longer texts, optionally enriched with images and videos, making them ideal for more detailed or evergreen content.

App teaser

If you want to highlight news prominently in the TELUS Health Engage app, teasers are the ideal tool for you. You can use images and text to display important content on the home screen for a defined period of time.

Surveys & Quizzes

Quizzes are a great interactive way to help your employees educate themselves, increase their motivation or develop healthier habits. Surveys also give you the opportunity to collect valuable feedback. 

Challenges

You can create various challenges in the TELUS Health Engage Back Office to promote your employees’ health and wellbeing. Challenges can be set up in different categories, such as steps, exercise, knowledge, and mindfulness, to encourage engagement and healthy habits across your organization.
