TELUS Health Engage reporting gives you valuable insight into the needs of your employees. With the help of these findings, you have the opportunity to adapt your workplace well being measures to the needs of your workforce, plan them based on data and thus take your health management to the next level.


To view your key figures, simply click on the “
Reporting” menu item. There you will see an overview of the reports available to you. Your report is created for you once a quarter. You can easily download it as a PDF with a click.


The Premium Report gives you an insight into the following metrics:

• Request rate (proportion of requested TELUS Health Engage IDs)
• Activation rate (proportion of activated TELUS Health Engage IDs)
• Consumption of content per topic area incl. comparison per quarter and to the TELUS Health Engage average
• Average number of steps per user incl. comparison per quarter and to the TELUS Health Engage average
• Consumption of content per topic area incl. comparison per quarter and with the TELUS Health Engage average
• Top 3 most popular topics
• Average number of steps per user incl. comparison per quarter and to the TELUS Health Engage average

The list of KPIs is subject to change over time.
