To get started, it's recommended to review the information stored in your Account Settings.
You can also grant access to colleagues who are involved in managing employee wellbeing initiatives and require access to the TELUS Health Engage back office.
You can find your contract-related information at the top of this section.
1. Check your company details.
Check your company name and make sure the contact person’s details are kept up to date, especially when there’s a change in the designated contact.
2. Upload logos
The next step is to upload your company logo for two purposes:
The landing page where users sign up
The communications you set up through this tool, which will be displayed within the app
Please note that these can be two different logos, one for each use.
Make sure the images meet the required format and size to avoid any display issues or bugs.
3. App Banner & Image
In the app, we have a fixed area on the home screen called the “banner,” which displays your company logo along with a custom message. For example, something like: “Your company supports you in your wellbeing journey” or any message you prefer.
When users click on the banner, it should direct them to an external link. If you don’t have a specific link yet, we recommend using your company’s main website.
You can update your banner at any time in this section.
