Articles allow you to share relevant information, resources, and news directly through the TELUS Health Engage app, thereby promoting internal communication.
Create and manage articles
You can create and manage articles by navigating to “Articles” under “Content & Engagement” and clicking “Create New.”

A form will open where you can create the article in two steps.
Step 1: Details
In the first step, you can give your article a title. This should be as short and concise as possible.
You can then customize the URL to match the article. We recommend naming it similarly to or exactly like the article.
Note:
The URL has already been automatically generated; all you need to do is add a short description of the URL.
Step 2: Content
Click “Next” in the lower right corner to create the content of the article.

Here you can:
- Insert and format text
- Insert a link, image, video, or table
- View a preview for various mobile devices
As you create the article, a live preview will appear on the right side of the screen.
You can then either save and publish the article or save it as a draft.
Creating an Effective Article
Writing a Title
The title should describe the content as accurately as possible and be easy to understand. Keep it short if possible.
Article Content
The content of an article should be clear and easy to understand. Use simple language that is easy for the target audience to follow. Structure the text with paragraphs or bullet points as needed. It should focus on the essential information and avoid unnecessary details. Also, check before publication that all content is correct and up-to-date. Additionally, the use of images and videos can make the article more engaging, but should only be used if they meaningfully support the content.
Example
1. Title: Tips for Stress Management and Relaxation
Content: Stress is a part of everyday life for many people, but it can be reduced through targeted measures. Even small changes in your daily routine can help you achieve greater calm and balance.
Taking regular breaks during work helps clear your head and improve concentration. Even short breathing exercises or moments of conscious calm can help reduce stress.
Physical activity, such as a walk in the fresh air or light exercise, has a positive effect on well-being. Similarly, relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga can help release inner tension.
It is important to pay attention to your own needs and to find a balance with your daily work routine early on. Even small steps can lead to greater serenity in the long term.
